The amount of care for your decking tiles is directly related to the amount of exposure to the weather. If untreated the outer surface of hardwood timber will naturally weather to a silver grey colour. This however is only skin deep and the true colour always remains in the body of the timber; although you can maintain the original colour with the regular use of decking oil.
