Once you have made your selection and confirmed it through to us you will be contacted by one of our sales team who will arrange for a fully refundable 25% deposit for placement of the order.

Typically your items will be ready for dispatch within 4 - 6 weeks at which time we will be back in touch to arrange for the final payment prior to dispatch.

At Ausgum we do not pressure your decisions. If for some reason you change your mind before the items are dispatched we will happily refund your deposit .... knowing too well that we have a potentially happy customer in the future.

If you receive the items and are not 100% happy with them we will gladly accept them back into the factory within 21 days and will refund your purchase price. We do however ask that in these circumstances that you pay the return freight.
